For example, when stamping material by a die, importance is given to the clearance between punch and die. It is essential to finish individual parts at high accuracy in order to avoid trouble on a die and extend its service life. It is our precise manufacturing parts that realize the above key function.

Since our parts are manufactured in compliance with the drawing dimensions, it is not necessary to “fudge” the relative positions of parts to meet the product requirements. Even in case of parts breakage due to unexpected trouble, the die can be restored only by replacing the broken parts without other troublesome adjustments.
